Security Monitor/Community Correction Specialist
The purpose of this position is to monitor all individuals entering and exiting the facility, and ensure the whereabouts of all clients are accounted for at all times. Employees will engage with clients on a routine basis, and utilize cognitive behavior techniques, in order to foster and promote positive and productive thinking and interpersonal skills. May work approximately 25-30 hours per week with possible nights and weekends. May be required to work overtime, fill in for absent workers, as needed, in order to maintain desired staffing levels for a 24/7/365 operation.

Chemical Dependency Counselor
The purpose of this classification is to assist clients with identifying, understanding and controlling their personal behavior(s), and provide behavior intervention support to clients & staff. Must be licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board as CDCA or higher. Duties include facilitating groups, individual counseling, and case management. Computer experience preferred.
